I’ve recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Flipkart that has left me questioning the platform’s credibility and commitment to customers. After ordering a product, I received a completely different brand – not just different, but a fake and completely unusable one. What followed was a nightmare of endless calls to Flipkart’s inefficient customer support, with zero resolution.

Their customer support is, without a doubt, one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. The agents never bother to check the case history, forcing me to repeat the entire issue from the beginning every single time I call. Worse still, they refuse to escalate the matter to senior representatives, claiming that no one is available. And when I request a call back from a senior, they simply refuse. Instead, they ask me to call again, sending me around in frustrating circles.

A quick Google search revealed that I’m not alone in this. There are countless similar stories of customers receiving fake or counterfeit products and being met with the same lack of support. This raises serious concerns about Flipkart’s involvement in allowing sellers to peddle fake goods on their platform. It’s hard not to think that they might be complicit, given their blatant refusal to assist or provide any meaningful support.

At this point, it’s clear that Flipkart either doesn’t care or is actively enabling sellers to continue selling counterfeit products. If you’re thinking of buying from Flipkart, be warned: you may find yourself in the same frustrating situation, with no help in sight.
I’m now pursuing serious action against the seller and Flipkart, but dealing with Flipkart has been nothing short of a nightmare. For a company that claims to value customer satisfaction, their actions speak otherwise.
